Schedule:

• RNs can now choose from full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions as they become available
• This arrangement involves either weekends on a regular basis or weekends shared between parents
• Seeking immediate appointment for RN roles

Training and Support:

• We are excited to receive applications from both newly-graduated nurses and those who have been working as Registered Nurses (RNs) for some time

You will be required to document patient care plans, medications, and track progress reports:

• Assuming responsibility for directing, initiating, and implementing a tailored Plan of Care for each resident/patient
• Performing resident/patient assessments
• Medical assistants can assist physicians during medical exams, surgical procedures, and minor procedures to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
• Medical aides are responsible for preparing medical instruments, applying or changing bandages, and providing consistent patient monitoring
• Nurses and care assistants must understand and adhere to the medical record-keeping guidelines to report and record the necessary information in a standardized fashion
• Dispensing specified drugs and injections as prescribed
• A leader who guides LPNs and CNAs can help them identify and overcome challenges in their everyday work
• To facilitate successful admission and discharge of patients, it is important to follow the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager's guidelines

Required License/Certifications:

• RN License
