Schedule:

• RNs can now choose from full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions as they become available
• The schedule includes either every weekend or every other weekend
• Seeking immediate appointment for RN roles

Training and Support:

• Individuals who have recently completed their nursing studies as well as seasoned Registered Nurses (RNs) are both encouraged to apply!

The duties of a registered nurse include assessing patients' health conditions and monitoring their recovery progress:

• Establishing, launching, and executing a personalized strategy for the care of residents/patients
• Performing resident/patient assessments
• Helping doctors during examinations and medical procedures is an essential role for medical assistants
• Medical aides are responsible for preparing medical instruments, applying or changing bandages, and providing consistent patient monitoring
• Recording the patients' vital signs and symptoms is crucial to ensuring accurate and efficient medical care, accomplished by staff every day
• Dispensing specified drugs and injections as prescribed
• As a guide to the LPNs and CNAs, it is important for the leader to establish clear expectations for their roles
• To facilitate successful admission and discharge of patients, it is important to follow the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager's guidelines

Required License/Certifications:

• RN License
