Job Summary of Backroom Loader:

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through active customer engagement, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store layout. Adhering to operational, inventory, and security standards and potentially undergoing cross-training in various store departments.

Responsibilities of Backroom Loader:

• Trusted leaders establish benchmark customer service practices for interactions with various customer segments
• Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a positive store culture by prioritizing honesty, integrity, and respectful interactions
• Rings up customer purchases and conducts return transactions according to standard operating procedures accurately
• Acts as a proponent for credit and loyalty programs in customer interactions, adhering to the merchandising philosophy and established protocols
• Skillfully processes and readies items for sale on the shop floor, adhering to established company practices and standards
• Partakes in store recovery tasks throughout the day to uphold the standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery on the sales floor
• Shares responsibility for the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire store
• Offers and accepts regular recognition and constructive criticism
• Conforms to labor requirements, internal policies, and operational protocols
• Engages in safety awareness programs and maintenance of a secure environment Carries out additional duties as specified
