Your role as a registered nurse calls for you to maintain accurate medical records and provide discharge instructions:

• Setting up, commencing, and putting into action a unique Plan of Care for each resident/patient
• Performing resident/patient assessments
• Assisting physicians during medical examinations and procedures is a key responsibility for medical assistants and ensures quality patient care
• Medical assistants play a critical role in healthcare by ensuring that equipment is properly set up, dressing procedures are completed, and patients are carefully monitored
• The process of documenting patients' vital signs and symptoms is aimed at tracking their health conditions, identifying any potential health issues, and monitoring their progress with treatment
• Distributing designated drugs and injections in accordance with orders
• Leaders who guide LPNs and CNAs can help create a positive work environment and promote job satisfaction
• In order to assist with the admission and discharge procedures, it is crucial to adhere to the instructions from the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager
