• Effectively interact with dispatchers, clients, and managers.
• Maintain the integrity of packages during the delivery process and ensure they reach the intended recipients undamaged. Offer top-notch customer support by promptly handling any customer questions or concerns.
• Adhere to the guidelines established by the company, adhere to safety protocols, and follow traffic regulations while operating a vehicle.

Requirements of Dispatcher:

• An authentic driver's license with a spotless driving history is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing GPS systems and adhering to navigational guidance.
• Capable of lifting and transporting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Effective scheduling and adept organizational abilities.
• Having a favorable outlook and effective communication abilities are valuable assets.
• Being available during busy periods, such as weekends and holidays, is a requirement for the job.
• Previous experience in delivery is advantageous, although it is not mandatory.
